This class will strengthen your muscles and energize your body while relieving tension. Begin or end your day with an Elevate class.
In this class, we associate our body’s movement with our breathing. We work to hone basic pose sequences like Salute to the Sun and gradually move to develop more challenging pose sequences that require greater balance, strength and focus. This class will help you establish a daily yoga routine that will bring peace and calm to your life.
Red Dragon Yoga offers customized private yoga sessions for clients that last 30 or 60 minutes.
